Information for Network project grantees
Acknowledging Network funding
The support of the HTMR Network must be acknowledged in all publications and communications arising as a consequence of a Network small-project award, including journals and conference presentations. The standard phrase should be:
- This work was supported by the MRC Network of Hubs for Trials Methodology Research (MR/L004933/1- R/N/P/Qxx)
The suffix relates to the Network project grant reference number which starts either R or N. Studentship references begin either P or Q. Please contact the office if you are unsure.
In addition
- The Network expects that co-applicants on a successful award for funding remain co-applicants for the duration of the Network grant, and that they are consulted should any publications arise
- Co-authors should list their own financial support from the Hub they are a member of as appropriate (Note- your Director/administrator can provide this information)
- Authors affiliations should ensure they list both their Hub and University e.g.
Prof John Smith, ConDuCT II Hub for Trials Methodology Research/School of Social and Community Medicine, University of Bristol etc.
